My order showed up a little later than expected, but the food was still warm, so it wasn’t a total letdown. Overall, it was "fine," just not the best delivery experience.

"Better Ingredients Than I Expected"
I felt a little misled at first because it looked like it was going to be just another basic pizza place. But the toppings actually tasted fresh, the cheese had real flavor, and the dough wasn’t bland at all. You can tell they’re not using cheap ingredients.

I’m not sure if I went at a good time or what, but the staff was really friendly and easy to talk to. Ordering was quick, and I didn’t feel rushed while figuring out what I wanted. Just had a good vibe overall.

Stopped in with a friend and really liked the vibe. Maybe I’m just easy to please, but it felt casual, clean, and comfortable without being too loud. The staff was around and attentive, but it didn’t feel like they were trying to rush us out or anything. Overall, just a solid little place to sit down, grab food, and relax for a bit

I ordered from Slice Factory and overall it was just okay. The pizza showed up warm, which I appreciated, and some of the toppings like the peppers and onions tasted fresh. But this is where it got annoying — the mushrooms were kind of watery and seemed like they’d been sitting around too long. It didn’t ruin the whole pizza, and it was still edible, but it definitely wasn’t as good as I was hoping. I’d maybe give them another try, but I’d really hope the toppings are fresher next time...

I found a special deal on slicefactory.com and wasn’t sure it would actually be available, since a lot of sites show deals that are already sold out. To my surprise, this one was real. Ordering was easy and the price ended up being better than I expected. I’m still a bit cautious, but overall it worked out well and I’d probably check there again next time

I reached out to customer service twice and still never got a response. It’s frustrating because they make it sound like support is easy to get and someone will be there to help, but that definitely wasn’t my experience.

"Really tasty pizza, especially the crust"
I really liked this pizza. The crust had that nice little crackle on the edges without being dry, which I always notice, and the cheese was melted just right, not too greasy, not too heavy. Even the little browned spots on top were perfect. Simple, but really good.

I stopped by late, and it was nice that they were still open. The food was okay, nothing amazing, but it did the job. Some of the extra toppings felt a little unnecessary, but overall it’s fine if you need something late at night

I ordered from Slice Factory the pizza tasted good... no major complaints there. Delivery was fine too, nothing really stood out in a bad way.

The only thing is the slice size. I was expecting them to be a little bigger for the price. They weren’t tiny or anything, just... not as filling as I hoped. I’d maybe order again, but probably not if I’m super hungry.

Their menu is huge as hell. They’ve got pizza, wings, salads, sandwiches, desserts, basically something for every picky little gremlin in the group. Makes it super easy to find something everyone wants.
